Hey- sorry about the IM. We got a phone call right after I said I was here and then Alex took over. We got it fixed today for $180- not too bad and we are warm again. I dont know exactly what was wrong since Jesse was the one that talked to the guy… but it beats a $4000 new one. And we are warm again. So we are happy.
