It’s Monday. Time to go back to work for most people, but not me. I’m at home finding awesome deals for you! I use slickdeals.net on the daily and you should too if you ever buy…ANYTHING! They have all kinds of awesome online and B&M deals posted every day and lately they have been doing free sweepstakes. All you do is sign up on the site, let them send you email alerts about new posts (which you can instantly delete or have forwarded directly to a garbage folder) and you can win.

Today’s deal was too good not to tell you about. You can win a $3500 HP Envy 15 laptop. You can get 21 entries by letting them send you those emails or 1 entry if you just sign up for the site and enter. Also, I don’t get anything like PTZ and stuff for getting you to join this site. I always seem to forget about the awesome recap of a “what did you enjoy” during this specific week of the year.

The Postal Service- Give Up

What a great album! I think the most interesting thing is how it was made (which I didn’t know until this week). The music guy sent the music to the singer through the mail, and vice versa. Neat!

What did you play this week?

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials & Tribulations (DS)
WiiFit (Wii)
Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii)

Still playing Ace Attorney! I’m not even to the court room in my last case. I need to ramp it up! Only a week left!!! I need to start consistently weighing myself at the same time but I’m fluxing all over the place. Oh, and finally last night mjblink and I beat stupid Subspace! So I can finally get Toon Link! Oh yeah!

Oh man! We got G4 this month for free so I’m totally Attacking the Show!!!! I love it, and I’m glad I have it for a month… even though it’s only a month. The Soup was pretty great as always. We all watched Saving Private Ryan and felt guilty for eating at the beginning… It’s not really meant for you to start watching while doing something else. What a great movie though and I hadn’t seen it since it came out. It’s not something you’d want to watch over and over, but man it tears at your heart. We had a date night this week and saw The Strangers w/ Liv Tyler. It’s one of those “let’s go watch a scary movie, but wait it’s one of those let’s watch this people get murdered or not murdered.” Needless to say, I’m not going to recommend it. In the last but not least category, I rented Semi-Pro for $1 and it was way better than I thought. Check it out, if you’re into Will Ferrell.

My Kind of Sunday School: Perry Bible Fellowship

I’m not sure if we’ve ever posted on this in the past, but I just have to let you all know about Perry Bible Fellowship comics. No clue where the Bible part of it comes into play. I only know that this dude has to be one of the best comic writers/artists ever. And I’m pretty sure he updates weekly. So head on over to his site, look at the current comic, and then look through all his hilarious archives. I don’t care if it takes up your whole day and you don’t get any real work done. DO IT.
