I absolutely love Futurama, and I’m extremely excited that the new movie comes out on DVD/Bluray today. I haven’t watched, rented, or purchased it yet but the trailer alone makes me excited to see it. Plus the “anti-piracy” commercial before the movie is great. Enjoy!

World of Goo

I wanted to take a minute to proclaim my love for 2D Boy’s game World of Goo.

First off, it’s a 2D physics based puzzle game that’s out now on PC and WiiWare. I haven’t played the PC version ($20), but I do own the WiiWare version ($15). The WiiWare version has 4 player multiplayer, and mjblink and I have been making our way through the worlds. It’s quite enjoyable, and we’ve often found ourselves going for the OCD on the level (you get a little flag on the map if you complete the ridiculous/almost impossible task).

I’m completely in love with the graphic style and the music of this game, and it blows my mind that it was created by two people. My hats off to them and their awesome skills. Anyways, you can learn more the game by visiting 2D Boy’s website and download the demo to see for yourself.
